Based on the south coast in West Sussex, Nanny4me is a childcare agency founded and run by Frances Heathorn. Frances is a Norland-trained nanny and experienced childcare professional with a foundation degree in early years care and education.

 

Frances has a unique insight and understanding of the complex partnership between childcare provider and employer gained through her experiences as a nanny, nursery nurse, special needs assistant and in her role as a stepmother and mother.
